Would like to be able to upload entire folders not just files

We need to be able to change the name of a folder.

As a recipient, after I register, I should be able to press a button that will allow me to download all files. Right now, I have to access each one and download. This is quite lengthy.

When you view sent files you can easily see how many downloads there have been of any file.
I cannot find this in the folders view?
Without this folders is not a suitable option over the old files system...

A friend shared a folder with me with full privileges (read-write). However, when I received the invitation, I was not able to re-share the folder with anyone else.

Seems like a huge oversight. Dropbox supports this feature, and it is part of what makes Dropbox so convenient and easy to use.

Come on guys. You are only showing the first 10 characters (or so) of the file name. How is this useful? If I had 20 files in a folder, I wouldn't be able to tell them apart. Where is list view? Box.net has it, Dropbox has it.

When working on projects with multiple group users, want to be able to share specific project folders in Status Update emails and meeting invites, so that users know EXACTLY what to review before a call or deadline. No one wants to go back through emails to figure out which YouSendIt invite has the link to the correct folder.

And don't require people to login or register, that hassle should NOT be on our clients!!

I see, a lot of suggestions around this one, but they a re alone with few votes, join them and you would see that download options is a very common need. its not funny to download one by one file...

Please create default private folder as well, similar to public folder. Otherwise I had no idea that workspace supports private folder option. Also it gives an idea of existing hierarchy not thinking public folder as root folder.

I uploaded a document two days ago. Today I updated the document and uploaded again. After some time I went to send teh document and I see 2 documents with the same name with (2) appended to one of them. I don't know which one is the most recent one.

Besides the fact that the "copy link" didn't work for me. It pulled up a blank folder. The link length is WAY too long. Here is a sample:

I think you need to support multilanguage names of files and folders.

I send out different files to multiple, different Individuals, and it it SO time consuming to have to set up the file to be sent, send it, and WAIT for it to go thru Before I can process the next one... Why can't we have a 'Queue' to be 'Sent Later' so I can set up several, individual files at one time, then send them ALL AT ONCE when I'm done and off doing other things?

In the "Move" button, there could be an option to rename a folder. You could also allow users to rename a folder by right-clicking on the folder and clicking "rename".
